Olivia’s Portraits as a Flower Girl | Chapters at Home

Hello! It’s me! ๐Ÿ™‚ I’ve been doing my photo series “Chapters at Home” for about six months now, and so far the journey has been life giving. Why? Because through these sessions, we get to spend time together with clients, who inspite of the pandemic, are letting hope rule in their heart, by constantly looking for ways to count blessings.

Through these portrait sessions, I always am reminded of the verse “Perfect Love casts out fear.”

Olivia is now a year older, from the first time we met, at her baptism. I got to meet her, in a new role (chapter), that this year has offered her — as a charming flower girl on her Uncle’s wedding. We made photos of her so that she will remember that she’s lovely… and that she’s loved!

I remember, meeting my little self, as a flower girl too. Someone took a photo of me, also on one of the weddings of my dad’s cousins (Uncle!). It was a printed photo ๐Ÿ™‚ Now I get to pay this magical activity to Olivia. One day, her future self will meet this “almost-three” years old version of herself. ๐Ÿ™‚ Yeay! Enjoy the photos!
