Aisel’s First Mommy Portraits
This maternity shoot is actually an extension of the post “Aisel and Justin’s Answered Prayer“. We had a lot of fun, and so we had a lot of photos 🙂 But for this set, we used some props that they brought because they said they wanted to tell their child that the world experienced a pandemic, but that the Lord continued to bless Aisel and Justin. They experienced a pandemic wedding, a pregnancy in the pandemic, and will soon be welcoming a pandemic baby. PS. The cravings were also documented. Aisel and Justin’s Answered Prayer
It’s always fun to take photos of friends. You think you know them already because you see them ‘often’, but when you meet them at a portrait session, it feels a little more special. You also realize that you’re in a super cool situation, because they are sharing with you, an answered prayer. I once said that it’s very cool to be a guardian of good memories, for little children. But every time I do photography, I’m reminded that I am THAT child too, because the Lord is our Father.
