    Live Awesome!

I was sitting in a class on Creative MBA a few years back when I first saw her giving a talk, and thought, Hey! We went to school together! When she released the “Assumption Handwriting” Font, my friends and I found it really cool because, it reminded us of the days when we had to practice writing during our penmanship classes ( oh hello there, nostalgia!). This cursive, sharp, and elegant style felt like you’re writing in what… high heels or even stilletos! Although that kind of writing I can summon ( only when provoked ), @Mikko Sumulong encouraged me to try writing the way I comfortably would. And the results are amazing!…

Rainforest Lumina | Singapore Zoo, Singapore

On a recent trip to Singapore, I got a chance to see Singapore Zoo’s newest attraction called, Rainforest Lumina. I usually play a lot with earth colors and neutrals during my shoots, because they’re very relaxing for me, but this set is totally out of this world! A quick trip outside of my comfort zone, You’ll see here my love for lines, patterns and details. It was truly memorable for our group, and in truth, photos nor videos will never really be enough to tell you about it. It’s very unique, and yes, quite one of a kind. Thank you for Time Traveling with us! Special thanks too to Caroline…

Musings at Masungi | Masungi Georeserve Baras, Rizal

It was a random -Yes- that I had said to my friend Lianne, who invited me for a day trip at Masungi Georeserve, Baras Rizal. My normal reply would probably be a no or not yet, since I often stayed away from activities that were physically challenging for such a sporty person as me ( bwahaha!). Yet, I believed too that sometimes you need to break your patterns to discover new things and find inspiration.  We were walking to the entrance of Masungi Geo Reserve, at around 6:30AM, and I was already starting to ask myself  “Shocks! What did I get myself into?”. Yet we kept on walking ( and laughing…

My Top Ten Lessons from the Kerygma Conference 2017 | SMX Convention Center

My very first experience of the Light of Jesus Family was actually through the Kerygma Conference so many years ago. I was a volunteer. While I was unsuspectingly covering the plenary talks with my friends, little did I know that this too, would launch my own personal journey as a photographer. Back then, I was so focused and engrossed at capturing the moments, it felt like I shut off all of my other senses, as I got mesmerized with… the lights, and the cameras, and the action. I was so focused on the task. I missed out on the Cross. This year is different. 🙂 I thought I wouldn’t be…

The Journey is the Reward: Reflections About Coming Home

*COMING HOME* For many years, shooting for us meant that we’d go far, go places, explore and jump into adventure. However as of recent travels ( and shoots), we’ve come to realize that every time we do what we love to do, we the surfers of time, come closer and closer to whatever we’d treat as home. After the shoot we do come home, to our families, our favorite people, and yes, even to ourselves. When you feel at home with yourself, whether you go near, or far, whether you go simple or extra-special, you will always feel like you have already arrived instead of constantly waiting, and thinking about…

    We got featured on Cosmo.ph!

And just like that, I became part of an article on women who shifted careers to pursue their passion, as told by Cosmo.ph :). I never saw this coming, but I’m grateful for the chance to be an inspiration to other girls as well. You’ll never know when your own journey can spark joy, somewhere down the road.
