Coachella Themed Birthday Party in Silang
It is often said that it takes a village to raise a child. But as we continue to learn about life every single day, it turns out that… It takes a village, to raise a village. Can you imagine growing up together with your friends from childhood? It would be so wonderful to keep those you met from the earlier days. Yet, we too must acknowledge that we make friends, all through out the seasons of our lives. We make new connections in the different groups we are part of. We make connections with those we meet while are at church and in our communities. We make connections with those…

Brickseum : Brick by Brick for the Family
Our family went to the Brickseum in Amadeo, as an additional activity in our annual roadtrip. To be honest, I only saw about this item at our family group chat, but I did not search earlier about it, because I wanted to be surprised. But, as soon as I stepped out of the car, I knew joy and nostalgia were waving :). My heart was raising out of excitement, ready to get inside the Brickseum 🙂 Being at the Brickseum is a really good reminder for generations to come together, and continue playing. It also teaches us that we’re all still connected, someway, somehow even if we’ve pursued different things,…

Raya’s Baptism
Celebrating life in chapters makes it more memorable. Though the pages in our days might be flipping way faster than we think it is, because of our busy schedules, to sit down and quietly enjoy the blessings that each day brings, is in itself, an act of gratefulness. I was told, Raya, whom I met as a belly first during the baby shower, will have her birthday soon 🙂 And it’s a good time to look back at the day when we welcomed her to God’s family. I keep wondering how much she’s already grown since the last time we met. And am excited to see her or bump into…

Pam & Miguel
Let’s Time Travel! Pam & Miguel asked to have their couple photoshoot at the place where they met each other: San Beda College of Law. And as we walked through the halls of their school, I could sense them reminiscing about the years when they just met. Although this is not my first time inside the campus, it is my first time to have a photoshoot here. We had our shoot in between 3:00-5:00 PM on a sunny Saturday, where we walked ( and pretty much laughed) the afternoon away. Although it has been months since the time of this portrait session, I can still remember how these two greeted…

Anna Mae @ Forty
One of the most beautiful gifts that a person can receive, is to come from a Filipino family whose bond remains and continues to grow strong as life's new chapters unfold. For Anna Mae, who welcomed a new decade recently, and is currently based in another country, flying home for the weekend is worth all the effort.

Moms of Mary Grace: A Baby Shower Story
For a cafe that is highly frequented by many adorable Titas, Mary Grace truly becomes a venue of choice for intimate celebrations. From Baby Showers, Birthdays and even just a regular “Tita-Kits”, Mary Grace is able to make our ordinary days a little more special. Rica’s family, secretly came together and arranged a baby shower for her, to welcome their newest family member — Baby Raya! “The venue is already pretty, we just have to bring the party!” said her sister Cara. And as a photographer, I do agree 🙂 It’s also my happy place! Filipino families really love taking group pictures together, while waiting for the celebrant. 🙂 This…

Indoor Playground Party for Hunter and Marlee
Parents are always looking for ways to make their celebrations more memorable for their children. Instead of having a full program for their kids, Moms Weki and Diane chose to hold a joint birthday party for sons Marlee & Hunter, in an indoor playground in Quezon City (Treehaus @ 84 Hemady). The children just spent their time running around the venue and creating their own games! This is a really good idea especially if you love candid photos… like me! As a fan of Inside Out 1 & 2, I always feel energized when I think about my work as a photographer that seeks to create core memories for children…

Baptism of Lucas | Christ the King Greenmeadows
Lately, I’ve been serving clients who are flying in for the holidays, to be reunited with their Philippine-based family members. This to me, makes my work even more meaningful because I get to collect and preserve precious moments for families who will also be creating new roots, abroad. They could have had the baptism ceremony held at their new home town (abroad), but they particularly chose to back to share the journey with their parents and loved ones. Such Time Travelers! 🙂 Meet Lucas! I too am part of a generation, who has cousins who are now residing abroad. Thanks to social media platforms, we still get to stay in…
