Baptism of Lucas | Christ the King Greenmeadows
Lately, I’ve been serving clients who are flying in for the holidays, to be reunited with their Philippine-based family members. This to me, makes my work even more meaningful because I get to collect and preserve precious moments for families who will also be creating new roots, abroad. They could have had the baptism ceremony held at their new home town (abroad), but they particularly chose to back to share the journey with their parents and loved ones. Such Time Travelers! ๐ Meet Lucas! I too am part of a generation, who has cousins who are now residing abroad. Thanks to social media platforms, we still get to stay in…

Aisel and Justin’s Answered Prayer
It’s always fun to take photos of friends. You think you know them already because you see them ‘often’, but when you meet them at a portrait session, it feels a little more special. You also realize that you’re in a super cool situation, because they are sharing with you, an answered prayer. I once said that it’s very cool to be a guardian of good memories, for little children. But every time I do photography, I’m reminded that I am THAT child too, because the Lord is our Father. When I work with His children ( like Aisel and Justin), He too ensures that He makes good and fun…

Waiting for Adrienne
Fearfully and wonderfully made ๐ The pages of our lives are still being written, and that simple thought allows us to build confidence in God’s might plan — a very very good one. Ashby and the Layco Family are expecting! The newest member of their clan, Adrienne Martine, will be arriving in a few weeks, and we had a photo shoot to mark her journey. They now have another chapter to come home to. ๐ This also means that Atara, ( our princess Jasmine) will be a big sister real soon! Congrats Layco Clan! God Bless! At Home with the Sisons | Family Portraits
Laughter is the best heirloom. ๐ Our family shoots are actually available all year round. But it is during the holidays when shoots like these are most remembered and appreciated. Although there are more ways these days to stay in touch with family, there is that one that that cannot yet be replaced — it’s the family noise! The funny banters between siblings, cousins, husband and wife, grand parents and grand children,ย is something that is unique to every family. The familiarity of course… allows for these kinds of funny exchanges to be totally and absolutely necessary. And I just love how, priceless moments, captured in stills will be reminding…

Talia’s Baptism | Santuario de San Antonio
The journey of a thousand miles must begin…with God ๐ The Reyes Family ( Girlie, Migs and Kuya Quino) has been gifted with yet another blessing and she goes by the name Talia. We celebrated together during the day of her Baptism, at Santuario de San Antonio, where friends and loved ones came to make more good memories. We have a side-story by the way. Mommy Girlie made the day extra special by decorating the candles with one of my most favorite craft items — WASHI TAPE! ๐ She managed to get some rolls of the designs that she wanted online, and because of that, we’ve got more candle photos…

Anna and Chris | Baguio Portrait Session
“Collect moments, not things. “ Venue: Baguio City, Oh My Gulay Shoot:ย Portrait Session with Chris and Anna ๐ The gift of the pause is given to those who seek it.ย Everybody is busy. Somehow, someway, we always findย more stuff to occupy our days. Urgent, non-urgent, important, not important. We have mental sorting boxes for tasks, that… never get sorted out or done anyway. Fruits and Roots | Bendicion Family Home Coming Shoot
I often get to photograph young families. From newly married brides and grooms transitioning into first time parents, we celebrate milestones together. But I must say, it is also very heart warming to see children come home and catch up with their parents. With numerous opportunities opening up all across the globe, sometimes, having a complete family photo becomes close to impossible. Yet, there are those, who are able to make it work! Like the Bendicion Family. With the news that one of the siblings was coming home to the Philippines, they opted to take time out of their own schedules to be, with each other. Now united under one…

Liam Turns One! | Paw Patrol Party
My heart for taking photos has been evolving lately, and fast! I think events like the ARTFAIR 2019 can do that to just about anyone. Suddenly photos are not just mere “snapshots” that one took in this lifetime. But actually, it is very much a piece of history that can tell about a particular day or decade or even century. It’s a clue! A glimpse of how life was, in our case for our little time traveler, LIAM. Meet Liam ๐ He has turned one, and we celebrated it with a PAW PATROL themed birthday party, in the year 2019! ๐ Here is Liam and his brother Luis, who adores…

Kendra’s Baptism | St. John Paul 2 Parish, Eastwood
Photographing events allows me to become the family historian even just for a day. With this comes telling about celebrations and milestones that bring members closer. For this shoot, we first wrote in pictures about our cute little celebrant, Kendra. I hope one day that these photos will always remind her that she is loved. ๐ Baptism: St. John Paul II Parish, Eastwood Reception : Hotel Celeste Cake: Estrels’ Party Favors: Calligraffi ( beermugs)
