Small events are becoming widely popular lately because families really just want to get together and make good memories. Often times, these happen when a member of the family is celebrating their birthday. For the Medina Family, this occasion is a double celebration. Sofia’s Baptism | Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
For pandemic babies like Sofia, their baptism ceremony had to be scheduled a little later than ones I usually meet (3-6 months), so that the safety of all the family members can be observed. After two years of being in the arms of her parents, I finally met Sofia 🙂 She’s my third time traveling -baby friend from this family! And I’ve also welcomed her two older brothers during the baptism and birthdays 🙂 I call them time travelers, because I only get to be reunited with the families that I have photographed whenever they have occasions to celebrate. LET’S TIME TRAVEL! It’s not so long ago when I photographed the baptism of my godchild, Hannah. And It blew my mind when suddenly she has already graduated from grade school! Aisel’s First Mommy Portraits
This maternity shoot is actually an extension of the post “Aisel and Justin’s Answered Prayer“. We had a lot of fun, and so we had a lot of photos 🙂 But for this set, we used some props that they brought because they said they wanted to tell their child that the world experienced a pandemic, but that the Lord continued to bless Aisel and Justin. It’s always fun to take photos of friends. You think you know them already because you see them ‘often’, but when you meet them at a portrait session, it feels a little more special.
