Nathan’s 7th Birthday Bash | Kidzoona, Shangri-La Mall
It’s my first time at Kidzoona, and I got to play with Nathan and his friends 🙂 Chasing our celebrant Nathan really seemed like a work out! It made me wish I went on physical training, days before his birthday celebration. Haha! Kids their age really love playing games and doing physical activities. They are not the type who stay in one place and linger for a long time. Well, when you’re in a venue like Kidzoona, you’ll always catch yourself wanting to try out every thing you see. Apart from play time, Nathan also had a Pokemon Themed birthday cake and dessert buffet, which his friends got to enjoy. Sweets…

The Flash : Luis Turns One | Mahogany Place 3 Clubhouse
And just like that, Luis has turned one! For his first birthday party, he greets us with warm and wide smiles as “The Flash”. A few months back, we got to post about his Christening party which was held at Santuario de San Antonio with a reception that followed at Mahogany Place 3 Clubhouse. It’s always a treat to see how these venues get to be transformed for different occasions and parties. We returned to the same venue, with the same fun crowd of family and friends for his first birthday party. I just love how Debbie and Enrik always ensure that their events are memorable not only for Luis, but also…

Sadie’s Madeline Birthday Bash | Ayala Hillside
The theme song of the kids TV Show Madeline immediately came to mind as soon as I saw Mom Sher, and Sadie enter the room. They were so cute in their matching Madeline outfits and Sadie even had a hat as well, just like how Madeline really is. While writing this blog post, I couldn’t help it! I just had to go onto  Youtube to listen to the opening song, again ( and maybe 1-2 episodes)… hahaha! Even though Sadie’s party was a kids party, I think of it as a really elegant little girl’s party. With flowers in place of balloons that we normally see, and touches of white,…

Up, Up and Away with Lia Noelle | Park Terraces Birthday Party
Lia Noelle celebrated her first birthday in “flying colors” (quite literally that is!). Arriving at the venue, I haven’t even picked up my camera yet, and I already knew how lovely this little lady’s party would be. When I arrived, Blue (Dad) was overseeing the finishing touches for the event, while Mara ( Mom) was taking care of Lia and getting her ready for the party. Lia entered the room with full energy.  She really enjoyed walking around and meeting everyone in her cute birthday dress. Happy Birthday again Lia! I hope someday these photos will make you smile even more, when you’re old enough. Enjoy the photos. 🙂 It also was nice to…

Sweet Pink! | Audrey Turns One in Cherry Blossom Fashion
Audrey’s first birthday party celebration was splashed in pink and purple hues. Her parents Len and Klenn have once again created a truly memorable experience for their daughter to enjoy, just like how they did it during older brother Andrei’s first birthday. This time around, their party was inspired by Cherry Blossoms and Japanese dolls. Paper lanterns definitely added that extra classic feel, to their spacious venue. We saw a lot of familiar faces in the pool of family and friends who attended the party. What’s nice about these events is the fact that you get to see people growing as individuals, yet they manage to grow closer to their…

Titus & Belle’s Medieval Birthday Party | Puerta Real Gardens, Intramuros
A few weeks back, I posted about this birthday party where it rained really hard, but the children continued to play. They were limitless and unstoppable! 🙂 The weather unbelievably gave this Medieval themed party that extra kick that enhanced the occasion and even made everyone laugh and play more. The celebrants, Titus and Belle, became prince and princess for a day because of Mommy Sharine and Daddy Mark’s amazing work. The party was held at Puerta Real Gardens, where family and friends were treated to a feast fit for a king. Apart from the games played and the milestones counted to honor Titus and Belle, this party was made extra…

Little Red: Max’s Lady Bug House Party
House Parteeey! JR and and Isa decided to celebrate their baby Max’s birthday party at their house. It was really nice to meet them again after their wedding which I got to shoot some years back. For this party, their daughter takes on the super cute role of a lady bug that turned one. Max is such a curious little girl. Much like her parents who really love to explore the outdoors, she enjoyed her photoshoot held at their backyard. While Max played along with us during the shoot, family and friends were coming in with big warm smiles and greetings – a very familiar atmosphere which I also saw…

Andrei’s Acropolis Clubhouse Birthday Bash
Fairly recently, I found myself browsing through our family albums and birthday photos as a kid. Haha! Thanks to my mom who loved to take snapshots of our moments and milestones, I’ve got a way to imagine how things were. Perhaps I got influenced by this happy habit of hers, and when things went falling into place, here we are capturing moments with families and for families. On an interesting note, I first met Len, Andrei’s Mom, as a a Maid-of-Honor a few years back. I feel very blessed that, the friendship we shared during that event has lasted way beyond a day. Eversince then, we’ve shared quite a number…

Party for a Champ: Rum Turns Two!
Our hero Rum, just turned two! This little guy, my super cute nephew, is the first in our family’s next generation of champions. I love how he has brought so much love and togetherness ( and pictures!) to our family. His first photo shoot with us was when he was about six months old. The photos are still available at this blog. You can check them out here! Pocket-size reunions now happen on a semi-regular basis just because we want to play with him, and we want to see how much he’s grown from the last time we saw him. It’s always a good time! For his birthday, his cool…

Riona’s Matryoshka Doll Themed Party | Corinthian Gardens Clubhouse
Just a little back story… About a year ago, I had a photo shoot gig with Smart Parenting, wherein we were tasked to feature a restaurant with a kid friendly menu and facilities. The article and photos about Project Pie is still online (just in case you want to check it out) as penned by Steph Esguerra. After the shoot, Derek and Pinky who were just having lunch at that time, kindly invited us over at their table and we shared our pizza creations and stories together. It was really nice to have met them over awesome food. Months later we would find each other celebrating their daughter’s first year…
